How can I access Admin and My Atlassian for an employee who is no longer with the organization?

I need to access the admin.atlassian.com and My Atlassian pages for someone no longer in my organization.  Their Atlassian ID should fall under our managed accounts since we have claimed our domain - but even if we hadn't, how can one access admin and My Atlassian info for someone who has separated from the company?

Do you have Org/Site Admin rights? You should be able to login as User from their account if you do.

I am an org admin - I went to the directory and found this person's account in the Directory but could not find an option to log in as the user.
