Hi,

I did not immediately understand this and made the second almost the same question: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-questions/Russian-symbols-are-incorrectly-gets-from-properties-file/qaq-p/804634

I would like to know how to delete the first question and mark second as not spam

The anti-spam robot is not 100% accurate, it's probably the code, image and what might be links all adding up to look like possible spam.

I've just un-spammed the posts.

I removed the first post per your request.  You can also use the ellipsis on the page ... in order to select the option 'report inappropriate content' If you mention you want to remove your own content there, a modertator can do so on your behalf.
