How to add Jira Service Management customers to a JSM project or organization

In the world of IT Service Management (ITSM), managing multiple clients and hundreds of users can be challenging. To keep projects organized, it's essential to structure them in a way that keeps each client and their users isolated within specific projects.

With Jira Service Management (JSM), you can create a project and add customer users to it. However, this process requires manually creating organizations and adding customers to them—an approach that can quickly become tedious and time-consuming.

If this manual process feels frustrating, you might consider using the REST API to automate these tasks. However, doing so requires either hiring someone with the necessary technical skills or dedicating significant time and effort to learning API documentation and a suitable programming language. For many organizations, this level of investment may not be feasible, especially when focusing on scalability.

This is where BulkOps Pro comes in. It eliminates the need for programming skills, allowing you to perform these tasks easily and efficiently—without the complexity of manual configurations or API integrations. You can accomplish these tasks following these 4 simple steps

Step 1

  • Navigate to the BulkOps Pro on your Jira instance and Click to Log in
