I am looking to create Canned Replies to provide for an entire group. I am looking for a way to create a rule that will Set Issue Field > Assignee > currentUser.
I have been unable to find a way to do this. It requires to chose another available User profile or myself.

I'm Iryna, the Product Manager for the Canned Responses Pro app. I'm happy to inform you that we're working on adding the 'current user' option to user picker fields in automated actions right now! The ticket is already in the testing phase and will be released, along with several other improvements in automated actions, early next week. Canned Response Pro is an Atlassian Marketplace add-on from Appfire. I moved your post to App Central—the right place for all things related to Atlassian Marketplace apps—and added a couple of additional tags to it to hopefully draw the right eyeballs.
That said, given the relatively small installed base, you may get a faster response in this case by contacting the Canned Response Pro support team directly (vs. waiting for a fellow user to spot your post and reply).
