We have linked our Zendesk with JIRA and whenever we create JIRA task in Zendesk they are reflected in JIRA.
Now since we have kept our Customer Success department separate with Software Development, what we want is the moment any Fix Version is assigned or Changed in JIRA task, comment should be auto posted back to Zendesk.
I am facing challenge in fetching the Linked Zendesk Ticket IDs in JIRA task to post comment with the help of Zendesk API using JIRA Automation smart values.
Please suggest the workaround.
