JMWE "No records to display" error message

Hi dear community,

i have encountered an error while using JMWE app, i can neither see existing shared actions nor create a new one. 

if you see this error message before please let me inform,due to we have lots of shared actions in software project its critical for us.

in addition both i have created atlassian support ticket and appfire.
