Good day to all!
On our website, we use Refined as our support/helpdesk platform to manage customer inquiries. Recently, we’ve noticed an increasing number of support tickets being submitted without the form data or with the form fields completely empty, even though these fields are marked as mandatory (required).
This is causing inefficiencies in our support process, as we often receive incomplete requests, making it difficult to assist users properly.
Has anyone experienced something like it? Or has any inputs?
