My team would like to be able to track when someone on the team actively (re)prioritizes or deprioritizes tickets. So that would include when:
But we want to exclude cases where someone closes out a sprint and moves all those tickets into the next sprint.
The purpose of this is to identify the last time when a ticket was reviewed and prioritized vs. just continuously being moved from one sprint to the next week after week (i.e. "kicking the can down the road").
Is there a way, when setting up an automation, to distinguish between these cases?
