is it possible to import csv in EazyBI and match for issues from Jira project?

Hi all,

I have a unique requirement.

I have receive a csv report from a legacy system that contains Summary, custom field(integer type) with values.

Now, the requirement is to import this file into EasyBI through SourceFile, then based on the summary/custom field values available from the CSV, I have to find the relevant issues in Jira.

Is there a possibility to achieve this?

Hi,

The issue key is required in the CSV file to create additional data mapping to existing Jira issues in eazyBI. If the Summary field has the Issue key as the prefix, you can process the field with custom Javascript code to extract the key and use it for mapping.
