Condition for Due Date and Blocker Priority

I would like to request changing the "Blocker" priority to be possible only when the due date of the raised request is on the same day or the next day.

Otherwise, a notice/warning should appear with the text "The selected priority is not appropriate for this request".

I hope to explain the steps clearly as I am new to Jira.
