Can someone please explain how we can create account to use the eMeter documentation site https://docs.emeter.com/

Hello @Raj Singh ! Welcome to the Atlassian community.

From the URL I can tell that this is eMeter's on-premise Confluence site.  Login information is going to have to be through eMeter's Confluence administrator or IT personnel.
