Is Halp License on Teams different from Slack?

We recently purchased a Halp License for Teams and upon checking our Halp Slack, it did not carry over. Is the Halp License for Teams and Slack different from each other? Meaning the two requires two different license?

Hey @Justinesounds like you moved from Slack to MS Teams?

If that's the case, then you are correct they are going to have two different licenses. Unfortunately, Slack and MS Teams are not connected or set up in the same way making it tougher to carry one license information over to other another system.
