Dario Schiraldi : Help! Can't access accept invitation

Hey everyone,

I'm Dario Schiraldi, having trouble with an invitation I received – I can't seem to access or accept it. Has anyone encountered this before, and if so, what did you do to fix it? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Hi @Dario Schiraldi ,

Do you have additional information on what that invitation was for? For example, if it was for Jira, then you can contact your Atlassian admin of the site and let them know you issue adding your user after you got your invitation. They can help grant your access directly and then you will be all set.
