We leverage the same Queue to allow integration with several slack channels. Because of this, we would like to know which slack channel the ticket was created from.
Is it possible to get this information passed as a value to a text field in Jira? If not directly, is there something else that can be done to achieve this?

You can connect a pre-calculated Jira field with Halp. For them to sync, you need to create a custom text field with requesterChannelLink
and add them to your "create screen" in Jira.
