Can't view tickets in Jira Board - Affecting all users

We are unable to view the tickets associated with our Standard Product Sprint Board. We can open the Sprint and see the tickets for just a second but then, they dissapear and we get this message: 

 

Something went wrong on our end.
If this keeps happening, share this information with your admin, who should contact support.

  • We haven't change any Board or Project user permissions.
  • Developers and User have access to this Board.
  • We cleared website and cache data in Chrome and Safari
  • We recently created 2 new boards but haven't change anything on the Standard Board for this to happen.

Please, does anyone have any idea on how to fix this? We need the Sprint Board to work to be able to see our upcoming tickets and work priorities.

There was a recent incident on the boards. Please check if you were affected — the issue has now been resolved:

I just reloaded the board and I can see the sprint tickets now.
