Very interesting. If I could log into my account I could find my license. What is the URL for accessing my account and locating my license. I do not know how to access my account. That's the problem. Thanks. Meanwhile, you can just send me the license.

We're a community of end users, not Atlassain (although they are active here), we have no access to your licence or your system, and less knowledge of the accounts than you do.
