I can't access all company licenses in my atlassian account. I am responsible for atlassian tools in my company and I update plugin keys, I only have access to 22 licenses in my space while we have purchased 30.

if you don't see the licence keys, it might be because when you placed the order (with Atlassian or with a reseller) you did not provide the same email address than the one on your Atlassian account.
You should get in touch with your reseller, or Atlassian directly if you have the order forms : http://getsupport.atlassian.com
