Recurring Charge Continues Despite no Subscriptions

Hello! I am currently being charged a $33 recurring monthly charge, however, I cannot see any non-free-bills on my accounts. I would like to get this resolved, so I can stop getting billed for something I don't use.

 

Some related information, in 2023, I subscribed to Atlassian Access for $30/mo. I attempted to cancel it mid-2024, but continued getting charged. Then in November 2024, the amount increased to $33/mo. Sometime late last year (2024), I went through and removed as much stuff from my Atlassian accounts as I could, however the charges have continued.
