I have finally found the solution to this problem. I think the issue comes from using google to signup. I used a different personal email and signed up with my iphone. The problem didn't even arise - it was very smooth. Try this and shoot a message if it worked so other people can benefit.

Sorry for the inconvenience. I reached out to my team that manages this form and they acknowledge that there might be a problem for some users in regards to the way the captcha on that page should be behaving.
Could you try to refresh the page and try to complete the sign-up once more now? They have made some adjustments and it should correct for the previous problem. If this is still not working, please let me know the error code so that we can investigate this further.

I am also currently encountering the same problem. I have refreshed the page, restarted my computer, used a vpn and even switched computers but the problem still persists. I have been getting an error code-5d57deafa8b24c55844db245db764aae. I hope this is helpful. I have been unable to be productive for the last couple of days and I hope you can help me solve this ASAP.
