Hello Atlassian Community.
My team and I are interested in blocking the creation of Shadow It Apps.
Per the below documentation it says that an Enterprise license is required to do this but I'm a but confused on which Enterprise License. If i Upgrade my Confluence License to Enterprise does that only block Confluence Shadow It Apps from being created? If that's the case would i have to buy an Enterprise license for every App that i want to block? (Jira, JSM, Confluence, etc.) Or does it go based off the highest license you have in your company?

On a side note, this feels like it should be a part of Atlassian Guard and not part of the individual app license. If anyone knows of an existing suggestion for this i can sign up for, please send me the link.
Hi @Wood_ Jeremy ,
You do not need an “Atlassian-wide” Enterprise plan. You need an Enterprise plan for each product where you want to block Shadow IT app creation. For example, if you want to block Shadow IT apps in both Jira and Confluence, both must be on Enterprise plans.

Role: Organization admin
Atlassian Cloud: Teamwork Collection Enterprise (excludes Loom), Jira Enterprise, Jira Service Management Enterprise, Confluence Enteprise, Trello (if you have an Enterprise plan), and Bitbucket Premium
Thank you Ollie. I was afraid that was the case but appreciate your confirmation.
