Securing an unsecure field

Hello,

I know this topic has been discussed multiple times in the community, but I didn't find anything that could help me further.

We are currently in the production phase of migrating our data from a self-hosted server to Jira Cloud. We have a couple of custom fields that are secured by an addon. We unsecured them to migrate the field and its data using the JCMA, but we were unable to convert the unsecured custom field back to a secure field.

After contacting the addon's support, we found out that the type of the field we migrated (single select) is not yet implemented in the cloud.

So my question would be if there is an addon available that allows us to convert the custom field along with the data to a secure single select field.

Or are there any alternatives that allows us to hide specific fields for a specific group in the View Screen in Jira Cloud
