Automation rule when work type of Incident is created or when a work type is changed

Hi All,

I have a usecase where jira automation should trigger on below usecases 

1. When a work type of "Incident" is created 

2. When a work type is changed from any to Incident. 

 

But automation should not trigger when there is any field changed like in comment, labels or any 

Please help on this.
