There are 100s of pages that contains specific metadata that I'm looking to consolidate into a table. what's the easiest way to do that?

Hi @Abrar Sidahmed and welcome to the Community

Depends on what kind of metadata you're after but you can create a DB with links to those pages (page link) and then configure individual columns to display what's needed.

I discuss this in my article here on Community - https://community.atlassian.com/forums/Confluence-articles/Use-Databases-for-your-docs-life-cycle-management-updated/ba-p/2663479 - just make sure to read the latest comments - there have been updates to how DB works and one of my latest comments contains updates on the process.

Thanks! this is great.

To expand on this further - aside from using page properties & labels, is there a way to extract specific content within pages? if say a page is structured in a specific format, but want to consolidate the information in a table?
