Hello,
I'm trying to set up an Outgoing Webhook to an external system using Jira Automation. Webhook gets posted successfully, but I get an error message that the webhook is not registered.
Does anyone know if this means that it's not registered on the Jira side or on the external system?
Screen shot with details is below. Thanks in advance!
Dorene
I think that must mean the webhook on the external system since the Send Web Request action in the automation is not a webhook but is making an outbound call. Based on the HTTP 400 response my first thought is to check the URL of the external system's webhook to see if there's a typo.
