When a user creates a new Service Request ticket, I want an automation rule that automatically generates predefined subtasks under that newly created Service Request.
I can't seem to find the Issue created trigger to start off my new Automation Rule.

Are you working with JSM Cloud?
If so, Atlassian is changing terminology and replacing "Issue" with "Work Item".
