Custom field update in Parent issue when there is change in Sub task using Automation rule

I have a Sub task called Certification which is having a List Custom field (SOW). I would like to update SOW in Parent issue when there is an update for SOW in Sub task. Please advise to solve this.

Hello, @Sayi_Iynapurapu ! I hope you are doing well.

You can create an automation with a Field value changed trigger that monitors changes to the List Custom field you need. And if any changes are made, it will trigger another action to copy the field from the subtask and enter it in the parent.
Here's an example of the automation that would work with the field description.
