How copy a custom field from the testing execution, ex. from the Results, copy Tester to defect

How can I copy a custom field from the testing process (text execution), for example from the Results section, copy the "Tester" field to the created defects with the same custom field in Jira?

Please can you clarify which plugin / app you are using for testing? In my experience, it's not possible to use Jira automation in apps like Xray or Zephyr because Atlassian cannot access the app data inside of Xray or Zephyr, for example. However, there might be something inside of the tools themselves that allows you to copy or duplicate elements. If you can specify which app, I can have a look in the product documentation and / or we can tag the vendor into this post.
