We have an integration with Zendesk for support tickets, and sometimes we request more information for a ticket, so we transition this ticket to "Blocked". I would like to automate that when the 'Zendesk Integration for Jira' user updates the ticket, that it is then moved back to status 'New'.
What would be the best way to do this?
