Hello, I want to create the rule from 2:50 to 3:50 in the video I've attached. The UI seems completely changed and I am nervous in creating these rules. Could you help me with that please?

The video you linked to shows rules creation for the PagerDuty add-on for Jira Server and DataCenter, which is by a different company.
