Is it possible to create a Jira transition based on pipeline success or failure?

Trying to figure out if I can transition a Jira user story to our QA Ready column based on the fact that when the PR and merge were completed, and the Bitbucket pipeline attempted to deploy the changes to our QA Org was successful or not.

Is this possible to get the Pipeline status in a Jira Automation?
