Is it possible to create a rule to update the status of a card in Zephyr ?

Currently I have a rule that when a card is moved from To Do to In Execution it triggers a Jenkins pipeline. The issue type of the card is test, and I have it linked to a Zephyr test cycle, so the status should change from "unexecuted" to "WIP" or in some cases pass or fail.

Do you know if automation rules allows to modify these Zephyr values?

Welcome to the community.

Not out of the box it doesn't no..... As Zephyr is a 3rd party plug-in. 
Might be doable via webhooks/ custom API integration.
