Necesito seleccionar desencadenador para enviar correo cuando se crea incidencia
He visto que me indican que pueden ser los de:
Notificar a usuarios
Alertar al usuario
Issue Created
Solicitud creada
Pero no me aparece ninguna, cual puedo usar? solo quiero que al momento de crear la solicitud/incidente mande el correo al solicitante que su solicitud ha sido creada

Nececistas un descansador para "Work Item created" y luego agrega la acción "Send Email".
