Hi everyone!
I have one simple condition, that checks if a linked issue exists before creating a new issue.
The rule disregards this IF and creates the issue every time.
How can I make this work?
Thanks

Hey,
Are the linked issues from the same project or different projects?
If the linked issues are from the same project, you can use project-specific automation. If the linked issues are from different projects, you need to select global automation and set it for specific projects if applicable. If not, set it globally for all projects.
Thanks. It was so obvious yet I didn't think to look at that. You saved me some headaches there :D
