Built a Dependency Sync in Jira!

Built something cool in Jira today! 🚀

We created a critical functionality that will be a key part of the two project boards we are working on. Now when a work item that blocks another task moves, the dependent task will automatically follow. Whether the timeline shifts earlier than expected or gets delayed, everything stays in sync.

Little by little we are learning and building every day. Excited for more discoveries ahead! ✨

Interesting idea which I suppose may have been built using an automation rule. Any chance you could share how you built that in case other people are interested in implementing something similar?
