How to include a pie chart on Dashboard for the Parent of Epic -Help ?

On my Dashboard I have Epic working well using Epick but when I try to do the same with the Parent link does not give any detailed results.

Check the configuration of the Parent link in your dashboard for any errors or discrepancies that may be preventing detailed results from displaying.
