I am working on JSM and after post incident review closed and users should receive emails and may I know that how can we write the automation.

I believe directly it might not be possible.
There is a workaround mentioned by Atlassian: How to export a list of teams and members in Opsgenie | Jira and Jira Service Management | Atlassian Support
