Epics are being closed even when there is issuetype-Spike under To Do status

So there is already an Automation rule for the below but now I need to include issuetype-Spike in this as the Epics are getting closed by the rule even the issuetype- Spike is in To Do status, please advise.

STATUS DONE - Epics transition to Done when all child issues are Done

So I have added the issuetype now on both the JQL's but if you can confirm that is correct what I did

As of now no issues so I believe this would work :)
