If a ticket is Waiting for Approve, the approver (if added to ticket) - they will be notified.
Above is when we are talking about JSM.
If that's for Jira wherein you've customized workflow, you can send an mail via automation to the approver field users. note: mail can't have any action button, users need to view ticket and perform approval.
can you explain me please how can i mke this automation? because i asked GPT, it said that in the automation i have "Issue transitioned", but i don`t have it and i have Premium Jira. Can you help me please and explain how can i do this?
