Trying to use smart values

So when I send my message I am using the following for the message body.

Following issues have been assigned but not started:
{{#lookupIssues}}
* {{key}} - {{issue.assignee.displayName}}
{{/}}

I only get the issue key though. The assignee name does not appear. Why?

bonus question: is there a way to get the assignment date?

Hi @Raoul Kaiser 

Have you tried using {{assignee.displayName}} instead of {{issue.assignee.displayName}} ?

"issue" is not a valid key in the {{#lookupIssues}} smart value.

The best you can get in the {{#lookupIssues}} is the issue's last updated date, using {{updated}}, however this may or may not be the date the assignment took place.
