"Epic Link" != "A given Epic Link" does it include tasks without Epic Link

If I set up a condition that says "Epic Link" != "A given Epic Link" will tasks that have no Epic link (thus that have the Epic Link field on null or Empty) result in true for that condition?

Hi @Iana 

I would think "no" as an empty epic link is empty; it does not have a value to compare.  Have you tried this and seen something different?

One way to work-around this is what people do with a JQL condition:

project = myProject AND ("Epic Link" != myEpicKey OR "Epic Link" IS EMPTY)
