how to get a specific field in my form to flow to the List view, dashboard

I am new to JIRA and just created my first form.  Now I have a question about seeing the various entries on the dashboard/list view.  When I go to view my list, I only see the #Key and the summary displays the name of my form.  How do i pull in an additional field (i.e. Request Title) details so I can preview when I am viewing the LIST view in order to see the various requests.

Hi @Hunt, Adam , welcome to Jira! Form attributes are not reportable like other Jira fields. If you want to be able to see form values like you do in dashboards, lists, etc. you have to link the form field with a Jira custom field.

Not a super satisfying answer, I know. :-(

What type of project are you working in? Jira Service Management? Jira Software? Jira Business?
