Or alternatively, is it possible to trigger a JSM form from automations to pop up as an action?

Hi @Stavros Kyriazopoulos -- Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

There is no multiple-select option field for Manually Triggered rules, user inputs, although that idea has been suggested: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/AUTO-744

And, rules cannot trigger a pop-up or JSM form while the rule is running.

A couple of workarounds would be to use multiple checkbox fields or (a more brittle approach) allow free-form entry in a text input and then attempt to parse that within the rule.
