I need to make an automaton that forwards the workflow of the FATHER ticket onto the SON tickets.
My automaton works with all workflow except with RESOLVED
Here is my automaton, what's wrong please ? :

Hi @Jennifer - Typically you set resolution as part of the transition so you could probably remove the Edit Issue action and instead edit the resolution as part of the transition action. If this doesn't work, please share a screen shot of the rule/audit log as this will provide better visibility into the issue.
