To use Jira user profile data in the report

I need to use Jira user profile data in reports. Can I do it? If yes, how to utilize it, please? 

I attached a screenshot with all the required fields.

If it is not possible do you know any addons that allow me to extract the data?

Where would you like to use this information?
External tool or Reports in Jira?

If external, you can use the User Management APIs

If Jira, I don't think it is possible to use this information.

Another alternative for Enterprise subscriptions would be to use Analytics
