restrict custom field while transitioning the next step

Hi dear community,

When moving from the IT review stage to the PROJECT approval stage, a popup screen opens;

 

I want to make the custom fields that we fill on this screen, unchangeable when the  passes to the next stage, what kind of automation should I use for this?

Hi,

This is a transition screen and the whole point of the screen is to provide information for the next status in the workflow.

So: What are you trying to do here by showing these fields on the transition? If it is an FYI for the transitioning user, can't you just put the fields on the View and not on the Edit?

firstly i seperated the screen as view and edit and than as you said put the fields in view screen and its works thank you so much!
