We have a group using SourceTree to connect to GitLab and would like to have a generic account in Atlassian, so everyone doesn't have to create an account before using SourceTree.

This would defeat the purpose of being able to see who submitted code and when. This would also void any auditing or QA/QC kick back in the event of bad code being submitted since you won't know who to kick it back to for review.

Along with this it will also violate the Atlassian Customer Agreement:

7.3 Credentials. You must ensure that all Authorized Users keep their user IDs and passwords for the Hosted Services strictly confidential and not share such information with any unauthorized person. User IDs are granted to individual, named persons and may not be shared. You are responsible for any and all actions taken using your accounts and passwords, and you agree to immediately notify Atlassian of any unauthorized use of which you become aware.
