I was working for CSRA when I created my account with bitbucket but we merged with GDIT and now the emails were shut down so now I cant login to my account even though I have my username (dorian.puerta@csra.com) and password correct. I have another account (dorian.puerta@gdit.com) which I have access to and currently working on other projects but would still like to get access to the old account because it has a project (nescs-plus) that I am trying to get access to. Can you help?
the old repository is
https://bitbucket.org/dorianCSRA/nescs-plus/src/master/
Thanks in advance
Hello @dorian_puerta
Welcome to the Atlassian community.
First, note that this is a publicly accessible forum. It is not a good idea to post your email address nor your Bitbucket link in a public forum that can be accessed by bad actors.
To address your actual question, here in the user community we don't have access to give your current email access to your old bitbucket project. We are only users of the Atlassian products, and have no access to other people's subscriptions or data.
Was you old, deactivated account the only account that had access to the old project? Are there any other active accounts that had access to that project? If other active accounts have access, I recommend you work with those account holders to export the project information and import it to a new project/repo to which your current account has access.
If there are no other accounts that have access, can you company reactivate your old email temporarily so that you can use it to access the project and export the data?
If not, then you will need to open a support case directly with Atlassian to get assistance regaining access to the old project.
