Anyone else seeing that the Export Users function produces an inaccurate list?

Hi folks - when I use the Export Users function in the admin console (Admin > Users > Export Users), the resulting list is not accurate. Some users are reported as 'Never logged in' when they definitely have logged in (I can see their activity in Confluence), and the 'Last Accessed' dates are not correct either.

Is anyone else seeing this? The issues are pretty obvious, so I suspect maybe I'm doing something wrong. (The problems are too obvious to be bugs - there's no way to miss them.)
