Does MS SQL Management Server V.17.9.1 Database is Compatible for latest Jira , Jira Service desk

We are having Database MS SQL Management Server V.17.9.1 does this is compatible to Latest Jira , Jira Servicedesk and Confluence versions  . Can anyone help me with steps to follow to connecting this database to jira application .
