Please give me a couple of advises on how Smart Graph works.
I created a KB article with labels severity, user and login. However when I type user in summary of a new service desk request, article is not displayed. If I type severity, article is shown.
I think the main difference is that Smart Graph used KB title and label in second case. And it does not use labels only for search.
Does it mean that I need to add all labels to KB article title?
And another question - how much it takes for Confluence cloud to reindex newly created KB article?
